The Forgotten Song

“You know the ancient song, and know it well.  Nothing will ever be as dear to you as is this ancient hymn of love the Son of God sings to His Father still.

And now the blind can see, for that same song they sing in honour of their Creator gives praise to them as well.”

  1. Hi! How is it going? I still have to get to looking at all your research, but will get there. I have too many visitors in town currently to get online much. Better to be out frolicking in the sun and waves with friends, no?🙂

So, I’m noticing you quoting A Course in Miracles…that’s a “channeled” manuscript by some spirit(s)–it’s escaping me now the exact information–but it’s very popular with the New Age (what does that group like to be called now? New Spirituality?). Is this something you are into?
    More later!

    Hi Hitherandyonder,

Sorry to take so long to get back to you. As far as I know, A Course in Miracles was written by Helen Schucman, Professor of Medical Psychology at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. On the first page of the preface she says that she had “given the Holy Spirit the ‘little willingness’ .. ” that is enough. She calls it a process of inner dictation from the Holy Spirit. I accept that this is true. I had not heard that some people think that she was channelling lesser spirits. I find the text so full of God’s love that for me it is easy to accept that this is the Holy Spirt. Blessed Be, Merry.
